THE CHALLENGE

EcoVadis, a global leader in sustainability certifications for supply chains, had a strong presence in Anglo-Saxon markets but faced difficulties connecting with its audiences in Spain. To address this challenge and increase its brand visibility and recognition, EcoVadis decided to implement a content creation and communication strategy for the Spanish market. 

To execute this strategy, they chose LF Channel as their agency in Spain. LF Channel played a crucial role in adapting and developing content specifically for the Spanish market, ensuring a stronger connection and greater relevance with the local audience. 

STRATEGY

LF Channel developed a comprehensive communication strategy, divided into three pillars: 

Phase 1

The agency worked on reviewing and updating the website and initiated a monthly content creation program for the Spanish and Latin American markets, including blog posts, social media content, infographics, whitepapers, success stories, email campaigns, and newsletters.

Phase 2

Close Relationships with Journalists

In parallel, a media relations campaign was launched to position the brand and its spokespersons as leaders in their sector. Close relationships and constant monitoring of sector news are key components of this phase.

Lead Contacts
