BEWO: CONVERSATIONS WITH WOMEN CEO’S DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Challenge:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020, and in the midst of confinement, we wanted to give visibility to women CEOs and how they were managing their companies, their teams, and their lives in general, in the face of uncertainty. To this end, we created, together with the consulting firm BLI Mindset, the BEWO project. The purpose of BEWO is to give visibility to women from different fields who can be an inspiration to others.

Strategy:

The strategy was to create a publication based on interviews with 38 women CEOs or company directors from different countries and sectors. The publication was produced in English and Spanish, and its dissemination was carried out in several countries.

Results:

We obtained wide recognition in the general media and in the HR field with about twenty reviews, as well as several radio interviews. The good reception of the project encouraged us to continue developing initiatives to inspire today’s girls so that they can be whatever they want to be in the future.
