Imma has been recognized in the category of “Top LGBTI References – Driving Force,” an achievement that reflects her tireless work and dedication to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment within our own LF Channel team and through the launch of initiatives like DEI Channel, where we support other companies in achieving similar goals.
REDI.LGBTI is an association that shares our fundamental values of promoting non-discrimination, equal opportunities, and tolerance in Spanish society. Since its establishment in 2015, they have been a driving force in creating respectful, inclusive, and safe workspaces where talent is valued regardless of sexual orientation, identity, or gender expression.
