LF Channel and DEI Channel teams work to achieve a diverse and inclusive future through governance, communication and marketing
Today we have good and exciting news. At LF Channel, we announce the launch of DEI Channel, the new unit specialized in accompanying companies to lead the change towards a more inclusive and sustainable society. DEI Channel provides CSR services, fundraising, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) training, DEI governance strategies, adaptation of DEI processes, and inclusive communication to companies and non-profit organizations.
“DEI Channel was born from the desire to work for a fairer, more diverse and sustainable society,” explains Imma Folch, CEO and founder of LF Channel, and founder and DEI strategist at DEI Channel. “People care about the future of the planet, of our environment, of the societies in which we live. And that affects not only communication strategies, but the companies and organizations that carry them out. Political, social and business agendas are aligning in this regard, and taking responsibility will be essential for the success and survival of all of them,” he explains.
Matching for the benefit of both parties
DEI Channel’s team of professionals also works to make a “match” between non-profit beneficiary entities and companies that want to make donations or corporate volunteering, among others.
“It is important to remember the need to manage collaborations with NGOs in a strategic way for both parties. Projects must connect in some way, make sense, and relate deeply based on existing affinities. In this way, companies will collaborate with organizations in a genuine way and aligned with their purpose, which will benefit their entire strategy,” explains Irene Coll, head of CSR & Fundraising Programs at DEI Channel.
