BECOMING A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL REFERENCE IN THE COMPETITIVE LUXURY REAL ESTATE SECTOR

 

Challenge:

Round Hill Capital, a global leader in real estate investment, is the principal investor in Palo Alto, a luxury residential complex in Marbella.

The company sought greater recognition among potential buyers across Europe by promoting the services and amenities offered by Palo Alto, as well as its lifestyle destination concept, focused on enjoying daily life and combining work and leisure in a unique environment. Similarly, Palo Alto aspired to move beyond local press and start gaining presence in national media.

 

Strategy:

LF Channel analyzed the luxury real estate market in Spain and identified that despite its continuous growth unaffected by the pandemic, there was no sense of community or belonging.
We developed a dual strategy that combined organic public relations activities with local media and paid actions with international media in selected European countries.

 

Results:

  • Over 60 publications in online and print media over 20 months of collaboration.
  • 12 thought leadership actions that increased recognition and improved brand positioning at the national level.
  • Coordination of various sponsored content and advertising actions in high-interest European countries: Benelux and Central Europe.
  • More than 123 million unique users reached.
