These awards, organized by Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW), recognize the companies that prioritize people, by evaluating not only their performance, but also their commitment to well-being, inclusion, leadership, culture and experience, as well as their own employees’ opinion. Unlike other awards, IW is not based on surveys, but in a thorough and qualitative evaluation of each candidacy, requesting evidence of their investment in people, which are assessed by an independent jury afterwards.
