Boosting Brand Recognition and Positioning in Sustainability within the Real Estate Sector

 

Challenge:

Reserva del Higuerón Privé is a high-end real estate company located in Málaga, known for its outstanding recognition in the area due to its more than 30 years of experience in the competitive Costa del Sol region.

RH Privé aimed to launch a public relations project to enhance brand recognition and reputation, not only regionally but also nationally. Additionally, it seeks to improve its communication regarding environmental sustainability and establish itself as a leader in this area.

 

Strategy:

LF Channel implemented a strategic communication and PR plan focused on enhancing the brand’s credibility (leadership, features, and advantages) and developed specific messaging to work on its sustainability positioning. This effort was also leveraged through collaboration with influencer Theresa Zabell, the brand’s ambassador.

 

Results:

  • Brand presence in key real estate sector media: general news , economic , lifestyle , sustainability and regional outlets..
  • Thought leadership actions that increased recognition and significantly improved brand positioning not only regionally but also nationally.
  • Over 15 million unique users reached throughout 2024.
