We have exciting news! Our CEO and founder of LF Channel, Imma Folch, has been awarded the Inspiring Leader 2025 prize, presented by Inspiring Workplaces in collaboration with RADICL.
Inspiring Workplaces was created to give visibility to those who lead with purpose. The Inspiring Leaders call for entries recognises people who make a difference within their organisation, those who go beyond their responsibilities to generate a positive impact on both the company and its employees. These awards recognise human and transformative leadership in two categories: CEO and Senior Leadership.
The award is granted following a nomination process by the teams themselves. In this case, our team highlighted the fact that Imma is a true example of what it means to be a great leader. Imma genuinely cares about her team, proposing and supporting measures that help people find balance and feel calm and supported at work.
