VTEX trusts LF Channel to carry out its communication strategy in Spain

VTEX, the only multi-tenant e-commerce platform that unifies customer experiences across all channels into a comprehensive business solution, has established a collaboration agreement with the agency LF Channel for the management and development of its communication strategy in Spain. VTEX, which has been operating in our country since 2017, has presented its positioning plan in the Spanish market with the aim of consolidating its media visibility and becoming a key reference and advisor for its clients.

Daniela Jurado Jabba, Head of Western Europe at VTEX, said: “A solid communication strategy is one of the essential pillars of our positioning plan in Spain and in our case we needed a mix of local knowledge, with experience in the sector. We found these requirements and much more in LF Channel, and so far, their work has exceeded our expectations”.

The current paradigm has placed e-commerce at the forefront of digital growth in Spain. Most businesses have had to dry up and adapt to the prevailing digitalization, making omnicanality now indispensable. “We are very happy to be able to accompany VTEX in the development of its communication strategy in Spain,” says Imma Folch, CEO and founder of LF Channel, for whom “VTEX has great potential to position itself as one of the great players in the market. For this reason, LF Channel’s team will advise them in their communication path to achieve a positive impact”.

Europe is VTEX’s bet for 2021, which is why it has located its Customer Experience hub in Barcelona. In this context, LF Channel will design and implement VTEX’s communication strategy in Spain with the aim of positioning the company within the national market by giving greater visibility to the brand among its key audiences. LF Channel’s functions include communications consultancy, content generation, press office and media relations.
