Es tracta d&#8217;una manera de comunicar-se que utilitza paraules i expressions que no discriminin ni excloguin a cap persona o col\u00b7lectiu. Aquest llenguatge, que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la reputaci\u00f3 de marca en afectar a tots els canals i mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, cerca garantir la participaci\u00f3 equitativa de totes les persones, independentment del seu origen \u00e8tnic, g\u00e8nere, orientaci\u00f3 sexual, discapacitat o qualsevol altra caracter\u00edstica que les pugui fer sentir excloses. Per a 2024, aquests percentatges augmentaran i moltes d&#8217;aquestes formacions estaran enfocades a elaborar una comunicaci\u00f3 inclusiva compacta que eviti biaixos inconscients.
